We are aggressive and tenacious when we need to be, if that's what it takes to get the job done. Sometimes the playground bully needs to be brought down a notch, and we are plenty equipped for a fight if it becomes necessary. But we also don't go looking for a fight. Our mission is to get our clients paid what the law says they deserve, not to stir up trouble where none is needed. Trouble is distracting from life, and living life should always come first.

On top of all that, however, the AndersonDodson lawyers have another characteristic that many lawyers unfortunately seem to lack: they are human. They understand that whether, how, and when to pursue your claim involves more than a mechanical legal analysis of rules and procedures. It is about your goals and the positive effects pursuing the claim can and should have on your life, if pursued in a way that contemplates the whole person, not just the legal claim.

Our lawyers can speak in legalese in court and other situations when they may need to, but they also know how to communicate important matters in normal language so that normal people can understand what they're talking about. While the legal process can at first seem confusing and strange, we use our experience navigating that system for many years to guide you through it with as little angst as possible, as if we were your own personal tour guides showing you around a foreign country.
