Charles River Law Partners LLC specializes in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate. We also provide advice and representation to clients in a wide range of civil disputes, adoption, and family formation. The Firm?s practice areas also include corporate work spanning entity selection and formation, mergers and acquisitions, financing, contract negotiation, and the acquisition and divestment of corporate assets.

We opened our doors in 2015 as a collaboration between attorneys Christopher W. Vaughn-Martel and Donald H. Angus, Jr. Both Chris and Don operated successful law practices in Boston prior to teaming up, with the goal of better serving their growing and dynamic client bases. Jonathan F.X. O?Brien joined the team in 2018 to expand the Firm?s practice to include corporate and maritime matters. Altogether, we offer more than three decades of legal experience, prudent judgment, and substantive knowledge in litigation and transactional practice.

Our attorneys are appointed by courts, conduct trainings and seminars, and volunteer and support the local community. We have also received honors for pro bono work and advocacy and have been named "Rising Stars" in Boston Magazine's list of Super Lawyers in 2009, 2016, 2017, and 2018.
