Your representation will begin with an initial phone or video consultation at no charge. This conversation is limited to learning more about your needs to determine if the firm is a suitable match for you and your family. Afterward, we will schedule an in-depth planning meeting to discuss specifics about your needs and collect detailed information from you. This planning meeting will be included as part of the fees collected for the attorney's work.

The firm offers a variety of pricing models, depending on the scope and complexity of the work required. For estate planning clients, flat-fee and hourly billing arrangements are available. For other projects, the attorney's services will be billed an hourly rate plus expenses. Under the code of conduct governing lawyers, all fees are determined by the time required to complete a task and the value the attorney brings to your matter. The firm's goal is to make the cost of attorney services transparent and predictable and will be discussed in your initial consultation.
