At Susan Atlas Law, our lawyer, licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Florida and Maine, has focused her practice on estate planning and probate and the related tax issues that accompany many of these matters. She is a Suffolk University Law School graduate, magna cum laude with a Masters of Law degree in Taxation from Boston University School of Law. She limits her practice to the areas of wills, trusts, guardianships, estate planning, as well as estate administration and related litigation.

Atlas has substantial experience both as an attorney in practice and as an academic teaching these topics, which further augments her understanding of tax and estate law.
In addition to her private practice of law, our attorney has been an adjunct professor at Suffolk University Law School and the Graduate Tax Program for Boston University School of Law teaching estate planning and tax-related subjects. She is also a tenured Professor and Chair of the Paralegal Studies Department at Bunker Hill Community College.
