Kent A. Heitzinger received his bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minnesota and received his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School of Chicago, Illinois in 1979.
Mr. Heitzinger has extensive experience in representing businesses of all sizes both in their formation but also their maintenance and issues that arise in a trying business atmosphere. He represents over 45 closely held corporations and has advised and completed the purchase and sale of businesses of all sizes.
Kent A. Heitzinger has been a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and Federal Trial Bar. He has been a past President of the Glenview/Northbrook Kiwanis Club and a member and Director of the Wilmette Rotary Club.
Mr. Heitzinger has tried cases of all sizes to verdict and has extensive experience in estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, real estate and personal injury claims.
