Veteran Washington DC attorneys Tom Mills and Allen Black founded Mills Black LLP in early 2020, after working together for over 20 years in a large global law firm. While they treasured their experience in that environment, they were eager to build a lean, flexible, and efficient firm that provides direct and responsive client service with competitive rates and practical alternative fee arrangements. In July 2020, Mills Black LLP was joined by Peter F. Black, rounding out the team with his industry experience in the P&I, energy, and transportation fields as well as his deep litigation background.
