The Firm's principal, Seth M. Reiss, is licensed to practice before all federal and state courts within the state of Hawai`i, the Circuit Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court, and qualified to prosecute patents before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Our services are reasonably priced and we offer price quotes whenever practicable. Some services can be made available on a flat fee basis.
