Deirdre Megley Kvale
Deirdre has been practicing patent law for more than 25 years. Her experience includes patent drafting and filing, IP counseling, infringement clearance, patentability opinions, litigation strategy and support, due diligence reviews, and trademark registration and clearance. Her background is in Mechanical Engineering, and she is licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota and before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. She has performed legal work for Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft, Seagate and Bobcat. She has a strong track record for providing broad protection and a record for obtaining positive decisions for patent appeals before the Board of Patent Appeals of the U.S. Patent Office. She enjoys visiting and touring client facilities to learn more about their products and operation.
