Estate Planning Law Center, LLC concentrates on estate planning and probate matters, and everything reasonably related to those areas. First, we emphasize the need to protect one's self during life, which is often overlooked, by having well written Health Care Powers of Attorney, Financial Powers of Attorney, HIPAA document, Living Will, Designation of Conservator, and Docubank Cards.

We provide services for those growing older, or with disabilities, including Elder Law, Title 19 Applications, Conservatorships, VA benefits, and more.

Finally, we assist in effectively transferring assets upon death through Wills, Trusts, Domestic Asset Protection Trusts, and other Irrevocable Trusts. We periodically hold public and private seminars on a variety of financial topics to both the public and financial professionals.
