Nicholas G. Sekas is the managing partner of the Sekas Law Group, in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. He graduated from Fordham University with a degree in Marketing and received his Juris Doctor from Pace Law School in 1986. He was admitted to the New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut bars in 1986.

Nicholas devotes the majority of his time to managing the law firm of the Sekas Law Group. His breadth of legal experience is broad, with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies, such as LG Electronics ? to underprivileged members of society ? such as Mamadou Soumare, a man who lost his family in a deadly Bronx fire.

Nicholas is a seasoned and experienced trial and real estate attorney with over 25 years experience in personal injury, real estate and land use, and commercial/contract litigation. He began his law firm in 1988, in Edgewater, New Jersey and then became a senior partner in 1998, of his former firm, Sekas & Buzzetti, LLC, in Englewood Cliffs ? which is currently known as the Sekas Law Group. His firm's growth is a tribute to his success and his tremendous performance on behalf of his clients, as well as his loyalty, dedication and hard-work ethic for his clients and customer base, which has continued to grow since 1988. Last year, he received recognition as a Peer Rated Attorney by his colleagues based upon his hard work and ethical conduct. He was also nominated as a "Top American Professional" in the United States.

Nicholas is also Founder, Director, and Bank Counsel to Mariner's Bank, a community bank serving Northern New Jersey. He is former General Counsel to Daibes Enterprises, based in Edgewater, New Jersey, former Planning Board Attorney in the Borough of Cliffside Park, New Jersey; and Zoning Board Attorney in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. He also assists many civic organizations including the Greek Orthodox Church in Tenafly, St. Demetrious Greek-Catholic Church, and EPIC school for Autistic children, located in Paramus, New Jersey. Nicholas is a member of the American, New Jersey, and New York Trial Associations and the New Jersey, New York, Bergen County, and Connecticut Bar Associations.
