The firm was originally founded as the Law Offices of Craig A. Parker, LLC by Craig A. Parker in 2002. Following the additions of Michelle J. Simon as a partner in 2009 and Thomas J. Kokolis as a partner in 2013, the name was changed to Parker, Simon & Kokolis, LLC to reflect the overall growth of the firm due to the outstanding contributions of the partners. Even as the firm grows, our attorneys continue to focus on providing each client with the attention that their case deserves.

The firm is focused on the successful representation of all types of creditors, lenders, and corporate and individual clients with respect to protecting their financial interests.
