Brian J Stark Esq
BRIAN J. STARK, Attorney

Brian J. Stark has been representing the interests of Vermont real estate clients since 2003. Previously affiliated with other high-volume real estate law firms in the greater Burlington area, Brian has the experience and depth and breadth of knowledge necessary to provide buyers and sellers of Vermont real estate with comprehensive counsel on the legal aspects of the real estate transaction process.

Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Brian obtained his bachelor's degree from Ball State University, where he majored in urban and regional planning, and obtained both his Juris Doctor and a master's degree in environmental law from Vermont Law School. Subsequently, Brian has been admitted to practice in both Vermont and Indiana. Outside of the office, Brian is an avid cyclist, swimmer, and skier.
Eve Tuttle
EVE TUTTLE, Closing Coordinator

Eve Tuttle discovered her passion for real estate in the beginning stages of buying her home in 2017. Eve takes pride in her excellent customer service skills, her experience and patience in a high-volume setting, and she enjoys establishing lasting relationships. Outside of the office, Eve enjoys boating, working out, home improvement projects, and spending time with her family.

ERIN OOSTERMAN, Paralegal

Erin joined Stark Law in fall of 2019, where she handles purchases and refinance transactions. Erin has been working in the legal field since 2013. She enjoys the high pace movement of the Real Estate office and the challenges that come with working in the field. She knows the importance of making the transaction as smooth as possible for home buyers and works diligently to keep the process smooth.



Erin received a B.S. in Government/Legal Studies and Social Science from Evangel University. She is originally from Northern Minnesota; she came to Vermont for a visit and hasn't left. When not in the office, she enjoys going on adventures with her Husband, spending time with family and friends, home improvement projects, volunteering in her local community, and trying new experiences.
Gerald R Berger Esq
GERALD R. BERGER, Attorney*

A 2017 graduate of The George Washington University Law School and a 2010 graduate of Michigan State University, Gerald and his wife relocated to Burlington from their home state of Michigan in the summer of 2019 when Gerald joined Stark Law, PLLC. Prior to relocating to Vermont, Gerald was fortunate enough to secure an internship with Judge Gerald E. Rosen when Judge Rosen was the Chief Judge for the U.S. District of Michigan.

Pier Briley
PIER BRILEY, Legal Assistant

Pier Briley joined the Stark Law PLLC team in the Summer of 2018. Previously, she worked in Tennessee politics for 11 years before moving from her hometown of Nashville to Vermont in 2007 to work for the Essex Westford School District for the next 10 years.

Pier graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.A. in Political Science. When not in the office, you can find Pier running on a dirt road or hiking a mountain with her two daughters and her husky.

CHANTAL DAVID, Legal Assistant

Chantal David joined the Stark Law team in the fall of 2019 where she offers administrative support and opens new client files. She brings over four years of customer service experience previously working in financial services and in the airline industry. She understands the importance of efficiency and customer satisfaction in real estate transactions and is readily available to assist in any way she can. She was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii but relocated to Vermont in 2014. Chantal graduated from the Community College of Vermont with an A.A. in Liberal Studies. Outside of the office, Chantal has a passion for traveling, shopping, and trying new foods.

SANELA ORIC, Paralegal

Sanela Oric is a paralegal at Stark Law PLLC, where she handles purchase and refinance transactions. Sanela has worked in the legal field since 2014, but it was not until recently that she had the opportunity to do what she really enjoys: help people close on their homes. Sanela understands how important it is for everyone to find that "perfect" place; that is why she works hard to make every transaction the least stressful and easygoing as possible. When not in the office, Sanela loves spending time outdoors by the water, alongside her husband and their three kids. Sanela also enjoys home improvement projects and interior design.






Andrew Charlestream
ANDREW CHARLESTREAM, Legal Assistant

Andrew Charlestream joined the Stark Law PLLC team in the Spring of 2019. Previously, Andrew worked in Vermont Politics and State Government and before moving to Burlington, he served as a policy aide in Montpelier at the State Capitol. As Andrew grew up in Cabot, he has always called Vermont his home.

Andrew graduated from the University of Vermont with a B.A. in Political Science. Andrew has a passion for music and the outdoors. Outside of the office, he enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and being a freelance musician as a cellist.
