Our Roots

Bruce Carlson and Gary Lynch were already seasoned attorneys when they merged their practices in 2004. They were also friends ? Bruce and Gary had known each other since their law school orientation. Together, they founded Carlson Lynch, a firm that has since grown into a national advocate for the rights of the American people.

Both men grew up in working-class communities in Western Pennsylvania, and they had personally witnessed the highs and lows of modern capitalism. They understood the great rewards of smart business practices, and they had seen the damage wrought by corporate neglect. Carlson Lynch was conceived to provide a voice for individuals harmed by preventable issues ? data breaches, unpaid wages, consumer fraud, and ADA violations.
