Because of our trial experience and success, we are often hired by clients on the eve of trial. This also enables us to get better settlements because opposing counsels know that we are not afraid to go to trial. In fact, the former head of the U.S. Attorney's office in Orange County referred to us as "one of the finest trial lawyers I've faced, and I've faced some of the best in the country."

We Offer Creative Fee Options

No two cases are the same, and no two clients are alike. That is why we offer a number of creative fee options to accommodate the varying types of cases and clients we serve. For example, we often handle what we call "5-to-50" cases ($5 million to $50 million) on contingency. We only get paid if you win. For straight billable matters, our rates are typically 30%-40% lower than those charged by comparable attorneys at larger firms. Furthermore, we can customize any fee arrangement that makes sense for a particular matter, including fixed fees, caps, hybrid, etc.
