Davis & Santos was founded in 2010 by Jason Davis, an experienced and prominent trial attorney, and Sarah Santos, a skilled litigator and banking attorney. Jason and Sarah share a passion for advocacy and for serving people, and they have enjoyed building a firm committed to excellence and integrity.

After years as an Assistant United States Attorney and a partner at two national law firms, Jason decided to return to his hometown of San Antonio to open a trial firm dedicated to finding solutions for its clients in and out the courtroom. Sarah worked at renowned firms in Texas where she focused on complex and international litigation. Then, during her tenure as Senior Vice President and Corporate Counsel with BBVA USA, she often worked with Jason as outside counsel. Together, they have recruited talented attorneys and staff with diverse experiences and backgrounds to join Davis & Santos, all of whom share in the firm's vision to provide the highest quality of legal representation.
