Both partners are certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization in Immigration and Nationality Law. As attorneys, we have over 35 years of combined experience handling a wide array of immigration cases and have developed an expertise in winning unique and difficult cases. We have successfully defended clients in cases that involve criminal issues, detention, appeals, victims of crime, family-based petitions and LGBTQ applications and represent individuals before United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), the Department of State (DOS), the Immigration Courts, Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), and the federal courts.
