About Wine Country Family Law, P.C
Wine Country Family Law was founded in Sonoma County in 2008. It has since expanded to include locations in Napa and Ukiah. I opened the firm during the worst period of my life-my divorce.
A newly single mom fresh out of law school with two young boys and starting a new business in the midst of the great recession, times were tough, to say the least!
It was during this challenging period that I came to appreciate how physically, emotionally, and financially draining the divorce process can be, even for an attorney!
Through my own difficult journey, I was able to hone in on the benefits my firm could bring to clients going through difficulties such as separation, divorce, custody and child support issues.
When I opened my firm, I limited my practice to family law. However, several of my friends and relatives were experiencing extreme financial difficulties. They needed somebody to give them honest advice about bankruptcy. This led me to adding bankruptcy services to my practice, filing the first of many bankruptcy cases in 2009. It has been a wonderful addition to my practice. I find great pleasure in assisting our clients with their debt issues.
