In addition, parties who utilize ADR are better able to maintain a respectful relationship post-divorce as ADR provides a more peaceful way for parties conclude their marriage and prepare for new beginnings.

Other clients require zealous and aggressive representation in court. Our attorneys are experienced litigators in the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court and are prepared to litigate if necessary.
