Keane & Bernheimer, PLLC was founded by experienced trial attorneys, Thomas Keane and Jason Bernheimer. Together we have over 50 years of litigation experience handling all types of civil litigation cases and have tried hundreds of cases to verdict.

Our attorneys actively litigate in all State and Federal Courts in the New York metropolitan area (Bronx, New York, Kings and Queens Counties) and the lower Hudson Valley (Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess, Putnam and Ulster Counties). The firm's primary areas of practice are insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage issues, Uninsured/Supplemental Underinsured Motorist Arbitrations and subrogation claims.

The firm has a strong background in the defense of negligence cases including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, property damage, labor law, homeowner and commercial business claims. The firm provides legal services from inception to resolution for arbitration and mediations. We also represent clients in real estate transactions, as well as trust and estate litigation.
