Joseph C. Fisher has been practicing law in Northern Michigan since 1974 in the areas of commercial litigation, domestic relations, criminal, real estate and business. With extensive courtroom experience, Mr. Fisher has represented clients in a variety of difficult matters, trying numerous cases to verdict. Practicing in the areas of creditor's rights in bankruptcy and commercial litigation, Susan Jill Rice represents businesses in bankruptcy, collection and foreclosure matters.

David H. Rowe assists clients on variety of matters including complex business and real estate transactions, including counseling corporations and limited liability companies of all types in a wide range of business planning, operational and contractual matters, and mergers and acquisition. His practice also encompasses various real estate and condominium law matters.

Nicole R. Graf has spent over 17 years practicing in all aspects of business law, including representing both individuals and businesses in real estate transactions. She also assists clients with estate planning and wealth preservation.
