Attorney Payam Yazdani is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association with over a decade of experience in immigration law. He is ranked 10 out of 10 by Avvo, rated by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star, awarded with Client's Choice Award by Avvo, and reviewed as one of the best immigration lawyers in Columbus, Ohio by his clients.

During Attorney Yazdani's tenure at the law firm of Bloomfield & Kempf as an Immigration attorney, the law firm's immigration practice was Rated as a Tier 1 Law Firm in Columbus, Ohio in the field of Immigration Law by U.S. News and Best Lawyers, the leading survey of lawyers worldwide. This is the Best and Highest ranking of a law firm practice by these institutions and attorney Yazdani was a contributor to this recognition. Attorney Yazdani has served as the American Immigration Lawyer's Association (AILA) ICE liaison in Ohio, working to keep an open line of communication between Immigration and Customs Enforcement and immigration practitioners. He has written articles on immigration law and the impact of recent changes published in the CBA's Lawyers Quarterly and Legal Connections publications. He has presented about immigration law and has taught continuing legal education classes on immigration law.

Attorney Rachel Zupan is a graduate of the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. She joined Yazdani Law in September of 2019 as a law clerk and is now the associate attorney on staff. Prior to law school, attorney Zupan worked as a refugee resettlement caseworker, serving the greater Columbus immigrant community. Her clinical law school training and internships included criminal defense, juvenile advocacy, immigration work, and federal civil litigation. Attorney Zupan is a member of both the Oh io and Columbus Bar Associations.
