From 2003 to 2015, Ginger was a partner at Van Ness, Mooney, LLC, in Salem, Oregon, focusing on post-conviction, habeas corpus, and family law. She founded Ginger G. Mooney, LLC in 2015 in her home of Hood River, Oregon.
