Lindsey S. Dasher founded Dasher Law, PLLC in early 2018, with the goal of bringing a different approach to the practice of law in North and South Carolina. She believes that family is the most important thing in the world, and her passion is helping people protect their own families. After spending many years in practice in other firms in the Charlotte Metro area, Lindsey established Dasher Law, PLLC in early 2018 in order to bring her own brand of practice to Matthews, her hometown of ten years, and the surrounding areas.

Lindsey is a Fort Mill, South Carolina native who chose to return to this area after law school in order to help the people she has known since childhood. After several years of practicing family law, she began to very acutely understand the difficult decisions and the heartache that so many of her family law clients face on a daily basis. This newfound understanding motivated her to expand her law practice into South Carolina, after several years of practicing exclusively in North Carolina, in order to extend help to more families.

Our team believes wholeheartedly that resolving conflict collaboratively or through mediation is the best thing that two people who are struggling through the pain and heartache of a divorce can do for themselves and for their children.We are proud to have a trained collaborative attorney and a certified family court mediator on our team. Our goal in every family law case is to help our clients resolve their problems amicably and to do everything in our power to protect their children from exposure to the court system and the inevitable high conflict present in adversarial cases.

?Our team also offers wills and estate planning services to our clients in all ages and stages of life, ranging from young families who want to write their first wills in order to establish guardians for their children in case the worst happens, to empty nesters who need updated estate planning documents as their lives change. We also help clients with wills, living wills and medical directives, and powers of attorney.

?Our attorney is licensed to practice law in both North and South Carolina. Our goal is to bring a new brand of legal practice to this area ? one where your attorney listens to you, works to understand your priorities and concerns, and helps to guide you toward an amicable, workable resolution.
