Kesler, Jr., or "Billy" as everyone knows him, has been a practicing attorney in North Carolina for 15 years. His main focus throughout that entire time has been representing people and businesses in civil litigation involving personal injury and wrongful death, construction defects, property damage, insurance coverage, UM/UIM coverage, employment claims, business disputes, products liability and appellate matters. Having worked for two well known litigation firms in Raleigh, Billy has had the opportunity to successfully represent his clients in hundreds of cases that range in size from small claims court property damage matters to deadly plant explosions all across North Carolina. Having never met a stranger, Billy is personable and will work to understand the wants and needs of the parties to work toward a resolution in a timely and cost efficient manner. It is important to him that he strives to actually be a mediator, rather than just playing the role.
