Dustin graduated from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2013. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Brigham Young University in 2004.
?He has practiced almost exclusively in the family law field since 2014. Prior to practicing family law, Dustin worked with corporate law, contract disputes, and securities law.
While in law school, he volunteered at the Matheson Courthouse to help low income individuals receive legal advice concerning family law matters.
He worked for Ascione & Associates for three years including one year as an associate attorney. As an associate attorney, he was the primary oral advocate for the firm where he refined his trial and courtroom experience.
He studied both arbitration and mediation in law school and has participated in and mediated hundreds of cases.
Dustin worked in the banking industry for 12 years prior to law school and has an extensive background with mortgages, credit cards, loans, banking, investments, and retirement accounts. His banking background helps resolve practical disputes in family law.
