BraunHagey & Borden (BHB) is a law firm that prides itself on providing meaningful work opportunities for all lawyers, including associates. The firm's clients include sophisticated and interesting matters and clients, and the firm is well known for its collaborative environment. Many reviews describe BHB as a great place to work with lots of opportunities for personal and professional development.

However, it is important to note that BHB has a highly demanding work environment. Expectations are high and hard work is expected and rewarded. This is not the place for someone who can't carry their weight. Working hours can be long and unpredictable, but this is the case at any firm of this caliber. Additionally, the firm has a strong, intentional startup feel which may not be suitable for everyone.

Lastly, some reviews have described the firm as having a "Trumpian hierarchy" with one person calling the shots and everyone else taking orders. They have described the firm as having constant gas-lighting and no room for growth or effort to help employees advance.
