Casey & Chapman, PLLC, is a regional law firm focused on the delivery of high-quality legal representation at a reasonable cost. We are client-focused and innovative. The lawyers of the firm have over one hundred years of combined litigation experience in a variety of areas including health care, professional malpractice, employment litigation, coverage litigation, will contests, oil and gas litigation, general litigation, and appellate work, among others. We provide boutique legal services in the areas of health care and employment. While we primarily focus our practice in the defense of parties in litigation, also we represent both corporate and individual clients as plaintiffs in select litigation. We enjoy assisting out-of-state counsel including serving as local counsel.

Our practice, centered in the charmingly historic city of Wheeling, West Virginia, and directly across from the federal courthouse, is strategically located in the Northern Panhandle along Interstate 70 between Ohio and Pennsylvania. Our offices are also easily accessible to all areas of West Virginia, including the capital city of Charleston. We are located only one hour from Pittsburgh International Airport and Downtown Pittsburgh and within a relatively short drive of Columbus, Cleveland and Cincinnati, Ohio; Charleston, Morgantown, and the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia; Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; and Washington, D.C. The firm is staffed by lawyers who live and work in West Virginia and remain current and are actively involved in legal and political developments throughout the State.
