Loc. Gov't Code Ann. 271.152; claims for personal injury and premises liability under the Texas Tort Claims Act; retaliatory employment suits under the Texas Whistleblower Act; zoning and land use disputes under Chapter 211 of the Local Government Code; and federal constitutional tort actions under 42 U.S.C. 1983.
