Eric S.T. Young provides legal representation in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, and trust and estate litigation matters in Hawaii, and has helped countless individuals since 1992. Eric is a graduate of Punahou School, Harvard University (with honors), and the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaii, where he was a member of the Law Review. Eric's practice includes preparing wills, trusts and powers of attorney, and representing individual and corporate fiduciaries (trustees, personal representatives and conservators) and beneficiaries. Eric counsels personal representatives and trustees regarding their fiduciary duties, including with respect to disclosure, compensation, accounting, debt and tax payment, and distribution issues, and strategies to minimize personal liability.
