Wallace & Morrison is a small law firm with big?-firm experience. We formed in 2011 as the successor to the Trusts & Estates practices of the King & Spalding and Jones Day law firm in Atlanta, both of which ceased practicing in this area of the law in 2010. We strive to bring the breadth and depth of our experience to bear to implement every aspect of a client's transaction in a manner both understood by the client and with which the client is comfortable.
