Michael Satti, LLC

Michael received his A.B. from Columbia University in 1983, and his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University School of Law in 1986. He is admitted to the Connecticut Bar and U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He has represented clients in New York, Massachusetts, Minnesota, California and New Jersey. Mr. Satti is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Connecticut and the American Bar Associations, the Federal Practice Section of the Connecticut Bar Association and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Satti focuses on employment law counseling and litigation and administrative law, including the defense of public and private sector employers subject to claims of wrongful discharge, breach of implied and express contracts, and age, race, sex, disability, "whistleblowing" and other actions be they in Federal or State courts or before agencies such as The Commission On Human Rights & Opportunities or the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He also represents public and private sector employers before the Connecticut and Federal Departments of Labor, including arbitration before the State Board of Mediation and Arbitration and the State Board of Labor Relations. While his practice focuses on Connecticut based clients, he has also represented clients in California, New Jersey, New York, Minnesota and in the State and Federal courts of Massachusetts.


Michelle
Zulawski

Attorney Michelle Zulawski graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management with a minor in Economics. She graduated cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2012 and was awarded the Distinguished Academic Achievement Award for her writing skills in her first year and upon graduation an Award for Excellence for her work in Clinics and Externships.

Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Zulawski was a Temporary Assistant Clerk in Meriden, Connecticut clerking in family and civil court. Attorney Zulawski also worked as a Temporary Associate Attorney in Clinton, Connecticut working in real estate foreclosure matters.

Attorney Zulawski is licensed to practice law in Connecticut. She is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association.
