Niko established his practice to provide professional, experienced, and dependable legal assistance to the public in all matters concerning real estate. He discovered a passion for real estate very early on in his career, while serving as an intern for the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation, Division of Banks and Real Estate. In this capacity, he met and worked with appraisers, home inspectors, brokers, and bankers who provided valuable insight on the inner workings of the industry. From there, Niko became a licensed real estate Broker and had the opportunity to gain perspective from a different angle, while navigating through both commercial and residential transactions.
Our History
After graduating law school, Niko took on the role of Executive Director and In-house Counsel for Family Dental Care, a top-ten grossing dental practice in the Chicagoland area. In his role with Family Dental Care, Niko continued to gain real estate knowledge by managing the organization's facilities, through property procurement, development, maintenance, and a myriad of other real estate-related activities. He later parted from the dental industry to establish The Law Office of Niko G. Marneris, Esq., where he gathered all of his prior experiences and put them to use in serving his clients to the utmost of his ability, by delivering quality legal representation at an affordable rate.
