Mr. Winton has focused on international trade law since 1985 and has extensive experience in all aspects of trade remedy proceedings. He has represented clients in Korea, China, Japan, France, Germany, Canada, Mexico, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Venezuela in more than three dozen U.S. antidumping cases, and he has also assisted clients in foreign antidumping proceedings, including the successful defense of the first antidumping proceeding brought by China against a U.S. company after China joined the WTO.
