Favad understands the importance of providing reasonably priced legal services to his clients in a candid and straight-forward manner. Favad represents banks, companies, real estate investors, and entrepreneurs in a variety of industries when they are involved in litigation regarding landlord-tenant disputes, evictions, business divorce and partnership disputes, contract disputes, business fraud, business insurance coverage matters, and creditors' rights litigation such as representation in foreclosures, bankruptcy proceedings, and delinquency cases. Favad also represents clients in business and real estate transactions, including negotiating and drafting contracts, reviewing title documents, resolving title and other pre-closing problems, and reviewing and negotiating lender documents.

Favad is also a fee attorney with Chicago Title and has handled over 100 commercial and business transactions. He has handled over 75 litigation matters primarily in Texas state and federal court, but also has appeared before the Texas Fifth Circuit of Appeals in Dallas, Texas State Office of Administrative Hearings in Austin, and the Northern and Eastern District of Texas U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

Prior to starting his practice, Favad worked for one of the largest 200 law firms in the country at that time as well as a Texas regional firm in the litigation and bankruptcy sections. Favad received his law degree from Baylor Law School where he served as an associate editor on the Baylor Law Review. While in law school, Favad clerked for Federal Judge Walter S. Smith, Jr., and the prestigious Solicitor General's section within the Texas Attorney General's office. He attended the University of Texas at Austin for his undergraduate studies, and was involved in several student organizations.
