Tyler & Bursch's story began around the time when people first started hearing about a quaint community in the Inland Empire, Murrieta. From the dirt road days to the economic engine it is today, Robert Tyler has been serving the area with his practice since the mid 90s.

In the early days, Jennifer Bursch joined the team as a law clerk and upon passing the bar, started working full time with Tyler. They served the community and nation with integrity leading to the growth of the law firm and eventual acquisition of The Giardinelli Law Group in 2018.

From a country law practice to a practice of national influence, Tyler & Bursch has litigated all the way through the local courts, the federal and state courts of appeal, and to the United States Supreme Court. With more than 20 team members on board, Tyler & Bursch continues to grow to help our clients rise up and conquer their mountains.
