Cons: this place will steal your soul. so called HR is a liar and real BITCH. she came from money so she has no idea what work is nor does she realize her husband james is really gay then she said her mom was sick and money took care of her. good thing the gold digger married a guy rich man. and matt is sleeping with his paralegal Kyla-Marie. how do you think she got her position because of the positions she was willing to lay in for matt. plus how she push out sandra out of the company and stab her in back. everyone one of them these people play nice to your face then lie cheat and steal behind your back. do not trust them. the other 4 lawyers are ok but megan thinks she is the shit

Advice to law firm management: Not have a family member as HR, especially one that has no idea about Estate Planning or even working in an office.

Pros: Some of the employees.

Cons: The Principal Attorneys, James Davidson and Matt Davidson and HR, Mara Davidson are all narcissistic employers. It is a very toxic place to work. Very stressful. They will tell you, you are doing a good job and then talk bad about you to the other employees. They make you feel like you are the problem. They gas light you. Until you reach your breaking point.
