Advice to law firm management: Hopeless

Pros: Relaxed work ethic to the point where you aren't challenged or engaged.

Cons: Too many partners in proportion to associates. Not enough opportunities to learn or progress because of the unbalanced partner to associate ratio -partners steal the substantive work because there is not enough work because a lack of clients.

Partners to Avoid and Why: All of the equity partners. There is a reason this firm has not grown in over 20 years. In addition, there was drama with one of the named partners leaving over 3 years ago.
