Our founding attorney, Colleen Wengler, is a respected attorney who has been practicing law in the Joliet area of Illinois since 2005. Over that time period, she has represented numerous trustees, executors, administrators, guardians, heirs and beneficiaries. She has also been appointed as a guardian ad litem for many minors and adults in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit. Due to her extensive experience, she has repeatedly been asked to present at seminars regarding guardians ad litem and their role in probate court.

Attorney Laura Sluis has over ten years of experience in elder law and long term care and a myriad of other senior issues. She is a member of the Will County Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Will County Estate Planning Council, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
