Patrick has extensive experience in litigating complex discovery disputes, fraud claims, and support determinations. In 2018, Patrick was successful in an appeal of a nuanced transmutation issue. This published opinion, Begian v. Sarajian (2018) 31 Cal.App.5th 506, is now a primary source of California law. This decision will have a lasting impact on future family law and probate litigation throughout the state.
Patrick has litigated family law cases in the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Mateo, and Alameda. He has represented people of all walks of life and a multitude of unique issues, including determination of support for extraordinary high earners and post-death child support litigation.

Prior to becoming a family law attorney, Patrick worked for federal Judge Robert Takasugi.
