Job Overview:

Location:

Duties:

• Manage litigation cases from inception through resolution, ensuring compliance with deadlines and court requirements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues related to Family Law, Personal Injury Law, Immigration Law, Patent Law, and Tribal Law regulations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations, advocating for their interests.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal strategies.
• Utilize Lexis-Nexis for comprehensive legal research and case law analysis.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice areas.
• Mentor junior associates, providing guidance and training to support their professional development.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in Family Law, Personal Injury Law, Immigration Law, Patent Law, or related fields.
• Proven track record of successful case management and litigation outcomes.
• Strong research skills with proficiency in Lexis-Nexis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with Estate Planning is a plus but not mandatory.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
