Duties:

  • Handle diverse family law cases, including divorce, custody, support, and related matters.
  • Provide compassionate and effective legal representation, ensuring a positive impact on clients’ lives.
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment, managing complex cases and meeting deadlines.
  • Prepare legal documents, negotiate settlements, and provide strategic legal advice.
  • Present cases before judicial officers, representing clients in court and attending case-related proceedings.

  • Manage a caseload and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in family law, demonstrating knowledge of key legal principles and practices.
  • Active membership in good standing with the Colorado State Bar.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with clear and persuasive writing samples.
  • Strong verbal communication skills to convey complex legal concepts effectively to clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all legal documentation and case management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership with the Colorado State Bar.
