Duties:

  • Independently manage a caseload of first-party property insurance claims from initiation to resolution or trial
  • Develop case strategies and provide effective legal counsel to clients
  • Draft and file motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
  • Conduct depositions, discovery, and legal research
  • Prepare for and represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials
  • Maintain efficient case management, ensuring timely and accurate progress in all matters
  • Collaborate with a remote team of legal professionals and support staff to ensure effective workflow

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in plaintiff's first-party property litigation
  • Licensed to practice law in Florida

Education:
