Duties

  • Provide comprehensive estate planning, probate, trust planning, and asset protection services to high-net-worth clients
  • Draft, review, and update wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
  • Advise clients on tax strategies related to estate and wealth preservation
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop tailored solutions for complex estate issues
  • Manage probate proceedings, including filing and preparing necessary legal documents
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing estates, trusts, and taxes
  • Keep clients informed and provide regular updates on their estate matters
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all legal documentation
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and professionalism

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, probate, or related areas
  • In-depth understanding of estate, trust, and asset protection laws
  • Strong background in tax law, especially as it pertains to estate planning, is preferred
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
