Job Title: Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
• Manage and attend hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and court proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Provide legal advice to clients after thoroughly understanding their concerns.
• Analyze, evaluate, and research case law, statutes, regulations, and legal documents.
• Draft clear, concise, and persuasive written legal materials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, regulatory agencies, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Organize and manage documents for complex litigation, including multidistrict cases.
• Utilize initiative, creativity, and sound judgment to resolve complex legal issues.
• Collaborate with a team, as well as work independently on legal matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
• 3-6 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Proficiency with legal research tools such as Westlaw or Lexis Nexis.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
