IP Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a dynamic and experienced IP Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of relevant experience. Duties:

• Handle a caseload of intellectual property litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and fact development to support litigation strategy.

• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys in case strategy and client interactions.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.
• Assist in managing discovery, including document production and review.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the California State Bar.
• 2-4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Effective oral communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
