Job Overview: A well-established law firm in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking an experienced Estate Planning and Asset Protection Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning and asset protection strategies, with expertise in creating tailored solutions for high-net-worth clients. The position requires a high level of professional responsibility and a client-focused approach to legal matters.

Duties:

• Design and implement personalized estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives for medium to high-net-worth individuals.
• Draft and execute complex irrevocable trusts and develop trust/business structures aimed at tax planning and asset protection.
• Provide counsel on various tax-related issues and offer guidance on minimizing tax liabilities for clients.
• Advise clients on estate and trust administration, including probate, tax concerns, and asset distribution.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, asset protection, and related legal areas.
• Proven ability to draft and implement sophisticated estate planning documents and structures.
• Experience in working with high-net-worth individuals and understanding the unique needs of this client base.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active and unrestricted license to practice law in the state of Nevada.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of estate planning, asset protection, and tax law.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
