Duties:

  • Represent clients in all stages of insurance defense litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate proceedings.

  • Provide clients with comprehensive legal advice and guidance on insurance claims, coverage issues, and liability.
  • Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration proceedings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and legal professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Requirements:

  • 2-7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
  • Proven track record of handling insurance defense cases.
  • Strong understanding of insurance law and legal procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
