Job Overview:

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney specializing in Corporate & Tax law. This role requires a minimum of five years of practice as a licensed attorney. Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on corporate and tax matters.

• Assist clients with business structuring, mergers, acquisitions, and tax planning.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.

• Represent clients in tax-related disputes and regulatory compliance issues.

• Conduct thorough legal research and provide guidance on tax laws and corporate regulations.

• Manage complex cases and transactions with minimal supervision.

• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop strategic legal solutions.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on corporate and tax law.

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.

• Strong knowledge of business and tax regulations.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and contract drafting skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
