Duties:

• Manage and handle a caseload of business litigation matters, primarily focusing on product liability cases.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and legal documents related to litigation proceedings.
• Conduct and defend depositions, gather evidence, and participate in discovery processes.
• Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, as well as arbitration hearings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams to strategize and prepare for trials.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of state and federal court litigation experience.
• Demonstrated experience in business litigation, with a focus on product liability cases.
• Excellent academic and professional credentials.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of California.

Skills:
