A law firm seeks a dedicated Family Law Associate Attorney to join its practice in Tulsa, OK. Duties:

• Manage family law cases involving divorce, child custody, child support, and domestic violence.
• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in both English and Spanish.
• Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and mediation sessions.
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to ensure smooth case progression.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in family law and related regulations.
• Negotiate settlements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Oklahoma.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in family law (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated compassion and empathy when working with clients.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Oklahoma.
